резидент
Юридическое или физическое лицо, зарегистрированное или постоянно проживающее в данной стране, на которое в полной мере распространяется национальное законодательство. Он обязан, следовательно, платить налоги в соответствии с законами и нормами этой страны и называется также налоговым резидентом. Причем в РФ налог на доходы физических лиц исчисляется для него по ставке 13 %, а для тех, кто не является налоговым резидентом - по ставке 30%. Налоговыми резидентами Российской Федерации признаются физические лица, фактически находящиеся в Российской Федерации не менее 183 дней в течение 12 следующих подряд месяцев. Период нахождения физического лица в Российской Федерации не прерывается на периоды его выезда за пределы Российской Федерации для краткосрочного (менее шести месяцев) лечения или обучения. Документом, подтверждающим налоговый статус физического лица, может служить иностранный или общегражданский паспорт этого физического лица с отметками пограничного контроля о въезде и выезде физического лица за пределы Российской Федерации. Определение налогового статуса физических лиц осуществляется вне зависимости от гражданства этих физических лиц. Лица, имеющие двойное гражданство и регистрацию на территории России, не являются налоговыми резидентами, если проживают непрерывно на территории РФ меньше 183 дней, в течение 12 следующих подряд месяцев. В банковском деле резидент — лицо, постоянно проживающее на территории государства больше половины прошедшего года (183 дня и более).
